TURKEY AVOCADO BACON BURGER

 

Ingredients

3 pounds ground turkey meat

1 tablespoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon ground pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

5 or more slices of Thick Cut Hardwood Smoked Peppered Bacon

100% Whole Wheat Buns

Instructions:

Place bacon on skillet and cook 8-9 minutes on each side or to desired crispiness.

In a bowl, work the ground turkey meat into patties and put on grill or Ninja Foodi grill for 7 min on each side, or until done.

While cooking meat cut an avocado and season with 1 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt and mash.

Spread avocado on bun. Add turkey patty and bacon.
