SPICY SHRIMP SALAD
2 bags of coleslaw
2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
70 medium-size shrimps
6 tablespoons of sour cream
4 tablespoons of mayo
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Clean shrimp and put in large bowl
Add a pinch of salt
Add pepper and oil
Cover bowl and shake
Heat a large skillet on medium heat
Place shrimp in skillet and cook covered for 5 mins.
While shrimps are cooking, grab a small bowl and mix sour cream, mayo, lime juice, garlic, and sriracha.
Stir until mixed well and set aside.
Once shrimp is done, each person can take a cup of coleslaw and place it on a plate.
Grab the desired portion of shrimp and place it on top of the slaw.
Add a tablespoon or more of sauce
