SHE IS A COOK CORNBREAD

 

Ingredients:

‘She Is A Cook’ Cornbread Mix

1 Stick of melted butter

1 cup of buttermilk

2 eggs whipped

 

Instructions:

Set oven temperature to 375.

Grease a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable oil and set aside.

*If using a cast-iron skillet (do not grease yet)* Place iron skillet in the stove to heat.*

In a bowl mix melted butter and buttermilk.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add ‘She Is a Cook’ Cornbread Mix and mix well.

*Remove cast iron skillet from oven and grease.*

Pour cornbread mix into skillet or pan.

Cook for 22 minutes until golden

Spread a 1/4 stick of butter on top after cooking for extra glaze.
