
BAKED TERIYAKI CHICKEN
Ingredients:
5 lbs Chicken wings thawed
1 jar of G Hughes Teriyaki marinade
1/2 tablespoon of kosher salt
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of seasoning salt
1/2 stick of butter
Aluminum foil
Aluminum pan
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450
Clean and pat chicken dry
Combine all seasoning in a small bowl
Melt butter and brush over chicken wings
Evenly season chicken wings
Flip chicken wings and repeat.
Cover with foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes
Flip chickens, uncover and cook for another 30 minutes
Brush chicken with teriyaki marinade on both sides
Place in the oven for 10 minutes
