Air Crisp Catfish | She Is A Cook

BLESS YO SOUL AIR CRISP CATFISH

Ingredients:

8 catfish fillets

Vegetable oil spray

Lefty’s Spice Mix (or any seasoned flour of choice)

Seasoning Mix Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of onion powder

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoning

Directions:

Clean and pat dry fish

Spray fish with vegetable oil spray

Season fish with half of seasoning mixture

Flip fish and repeat spray and seasoning

Pour Lefty’s mix in a large bowl

Place each fillet in one at a time, turning and lightly covering evenly

Until all fillets are covered.

Set air fryer to 400 and allow to preheat

Place fillet in the fryer, spray with oil and cook for 10 mins

Flip and cook for the remainder 10 min, or until desired crisp.
